How to submit samples:

• Drop off a sample at our office in Fallbrook at 447 Ammunition Road Suite B, Fallbrook, CA 92028

• Fill out one of the forms found in the bin or download one here.

• Make sure we have your contact information.

• Make sure your samples are labeled with the collection location.

• Use plastic bags for soil.

• Paper bags are better for leaves.  If you use a plastic bag for leaves, do not seal the bag completely.

• Any bottle will work for water. We only need about 1 cup, but more is fine.
